Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of most promotional products, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items (including products featuring logos, artwork, or special imprints) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect or printing error occurs as a result of our workmanship.
Errors & Defects
If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged, or contains a printing error, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. We may request photographs or physical samples to verify the issue. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Custom / Blank Items
Returns of non-imprinted (blank) items are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, and applicable supplier return policies. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to the start of production. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
